Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to grow and develop valuable skills in basic machine operations. Machine Operators play a vital role in the daily operations by accurately and effeciently running machines to manufacture products according to customer orders. Duties Will be responsible for operating a variety of machines in an industrial manufacturing setting. Will setup, operate, and tend to machines. Handle materials efficiently, including loading and unloading products from machines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote workplace safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Must adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and stand for the duration of the shift.
