About the role Responsible for operating industrial equipment that produces components, subassemblies, and assembled finished goods across various processes in a safe, clean and efficient manner. Responsibilities Loads materials and products into packaging equipment, verifying compliance to specifications Assembles components to produce subassemblies on manual assembly machines, verifying compliance to specifications Assembles finished goods on final assembly machines, verifying compliance to specifications Documents production and quality records on specified forms Marks and labels containers, container tags, or products using marking tools Obtains, moves, sorts, reworks, packs and seals products/containers using hand tools May be required to transfer palleted material within the production area using a manual pallet jack Cleans work areas using basic cleaning materials Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to move your hand(s), your hand(s) together with your arm(s), or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects Ability to focus on a single source of sound in the presence of other distracting sounds.
