Job Description
$18/hr to start | $20/hr when hired | Machine Operator | Newton, NC 2nd and 3rd Shift openings in a highly automated, modern manufacturing environment If you've worked around advanced equipment or fast-paced production lines, this is a chance to step into a cleaner, more technical setting where operators are expected to think, troubleshoot, and stay ahead of the process Shifts 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM Consistent 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed Pay Start at $18.00/hr Increase to $20.00/hr once hired full-time Weekly pay What you'll be doing
- Operate automated production equipment and machinery
- Monitor performance and keep lines running efficiently
- Perform quality checks and adjust as needed
- Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production on track
- Follow strict safety and process standards
