At TCK, you're more than just an employee — you're part of the team. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Knitting Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. Whether you have experience in textile manufacturing or a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate and monitor industrial knitting machines to maintain efficient production. Inspect finished socks for quality, consistency, and defects. Identify machine issues and notify the appropriate team member when adjustments or repairs are needed. Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments as trained. Replace yarn and monitor materials to keep machines running efficiently. Follow production instructions and specifications to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous experience in textile manufacturing, knitting, or machine operation is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn industrial equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to visually inspect products and identify quality issues.
