Full-Time Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in precision and quality? We're looking for a dependable Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team and help produce high-quality metal components using laser cutting equipment. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating laser machines who values accuracy, safety, and maintaining an organized work environment. What You'll Be Doing Set up and operate laser cutting machines efficiently and accurately Adjust laser settings to ensure precise cuts based on material and job specifications Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures Maintain cleanliness of laser equipment and surrounding work areas Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to support machine performance Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate machine issues, material inconsistencies, or production concerns to supervisors Your attention to detail will help ensure parts meet quality standards and production runs smoothly. What We're Looking For Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery Ability to read and verify measurements using calipers and tape measures Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from the workplace Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift as required during the workday

Preferred Qualifications:
