The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting equipment, ensuring precise fabrication of sheet metal and other materials. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality inspection to produce high-quality components efficiently and safely. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications. Program CNC laser equipment , ensuring accurate cuts and optimal material utilization. .use fork truck to get metal sheets from racks for laser cutting Perform routine maintenance machinery,. Adjust tooling and fixtures as needed to maintain precision during production runs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. Skills Proficiency in CNC laser cutting, and operation. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators for quality inspection. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions and tolerances; understanding of fabrication processes. Familiarity with hand tools, machining operations, assembly procedures, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
