Filling Setup Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $25.00 to $30.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:35am to 03:15pm) Set up, adjust, and prepare filling equipment and production lines for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Operate and monitor filling machinery to ensure accurate, consistent product filling and packaging. Perform equipment changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance according to established procedures. Complete batch records and production documentation in compliance with GMP and quality standards. Inspect equipment and finished products, promptly reporting deviations or mechanical issues.

Filling Setup Operator Qualifications:

Direct experience setting up and operating pharmaceutical filling equipment in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences facility. Familiarity with equipment changeovers, line clearance, cleaning procedures, and batch documentation. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following written procedures. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and maintain accurate production records.
