Responsibilities include:

Assist the growing leadership with proper care of the plant development including, but not limited to irrigation, fertilization, application of pesticides and fungicides and general crop maintenance. Exhibit a proactive approach to growing and maintaining the highest crop quality possible. Assist supervising Section Grower with general upkeep of assigned section. Collaborate with and support other departments and managers working as a team to accomplish a common goal. Entry level position with opportunities for promotion and internal career advancement. Starting wage is $18 per hour.
