Skilled Machine Operator Various Shifts:
1st/2nd/3rd
Pay:
$18-18.50/hr Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure quality products are produced efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products. Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major concerns to maintenance personnel. Complete production reports and accurately document downtime, scrap, and output. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality guidelines. Assist with preventive maintenance activities as required. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to read work instructions and production documents. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Machine operator
