• Sortation you'll be part of our team located in Stanfield, NC .

You'll get to: Set up machine bowls, tracks, lasers, eddy current, cameras and feed systems to sort assemblies to print parameters. Dimensional and visual inspection using blueprints, product data inspection sheets, various measurements devices, overlays or special gauging od all chara cteristics of the part to determine inspection parameters for set up. Ability to recognize set up, machine or feed problems and able to correct those problems with computer or mechanical adjustments . Weigh, table and label cartons of sorted product for shipping. Ability to communicate well . Ability to prioritize works and require only moderate supervision . Maintain housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform routine preventative maintenance as specified for the equipment. You also have:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. General mechanical knowledge and ability. Drive and operate forklift. Operate overhead cranes. Read and understand blueprints , b asic mathematical understanding and ability (add, subtract, divide units of measurement). Common sense understanding to carry out work instructions. Good communication skills, verbal and written. Able to write simple sentence s to provide information. Basic computer knowledge and ability to find information and enter data. Analytical skills necessary to evaluate and solve die and press problems to run quality parts. Walking, standing and moving for 8 hour shif t . Bending, reaching and climbing occasionally. Use of eyes for visual inspection of parts . Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach. Ability to lift and/or carry 5
