As a Machine Operator through Graham Personnel Services, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product quality and production efficiency. 1st shift 5am to 3pm $18/hour 2nd shift 3pm to 1pm $19/hour Monday -
Thursday Steel Toe Shoes Required Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
Quality Control:
Monitor the production process, inspect products, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Maintenance:
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve machine issues, such as jams or malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required .
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production, including machine logs and production reports.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role is preferred. Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance. Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them rigorously. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Lifting and moving materials, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating machinery.
