Role:
We are seeking detail-oriented Assembly Specialists•Assistant Operators for our Cylinder/Tubs facility. You will play a critical role in the assembly process, ensuring each product meets our high-quality standards. This is a light manufacturing position in a clean, climate-controlled environment .
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products with close attention to detail and accuracy. Ensure the correct containers and product codes are used for all orders. Move completed boxes weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and raw material boxes weighing up to 45 lbs occasionally. Perform repetitive tasks and remain standing in place for extended periods. Accurately record scrap material data in production logs. Participate in regular cleaning, including rotating responsibilities for break room and restroom maintenance. Follow all company policies, including staying onsite during the paid 30-minute lunch break and adhering to our tobacco-free property guidelines.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable with occasional lifting of 25-45 lbs. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to read, write, and complete basic production logs. Team player willing to help maintain a safe and clean workplace. Must be able to participate in a formal interview process.

Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite. Lunch must be taken onsite; we offer a paid 30-minute lunch break. Reliable transportation required.
