Job Description

Mixing Operator Compensation:
$18/hr
Shift/Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM About the role: Join our team as a Mixing Operator, working in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will measure and compile ingredients, as well as set up, operate, and monitor machines that mix or blend materials like chemicals and fragrances. This position is perfect for high-energy, detail-oriented individuals looking to produce quality products in a safe, clean, and fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What you will do:
Operate & Maintain Equipment:
Set up and operate mixer equipment per established procedures, and clean machinery by following current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ingredient Verification:
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately, and verify that the correct ingredients and mixing instructions from the batch ticket are followed for every batch.
Documentation & GMP Compliance:
Complete all assigned paperwork accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner while working without supervision to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Safety & Support:
Follow all company safety requirements, support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule, and provide on-the-job training to new employees as needed.
What you will bring:
Mathematical Abilities:
Strong basic math skills to accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients.
Physical Capability:
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, use a pallet jack, and comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment Adaptability:
Comfort working safely in a wet, noisy, and non-temperature-controlled environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of prior chemical compounding experience; prior team lead experience is a plus What's In It For You?
