Full Job Description Required Qualifications:

This operator must be able to perform all job set-ups and the required roll changes. Must be proficient in making mechanical adjustment to optimize the performance of given machines. Must be able to set up all orders.

Tasks:

1. Read work orders to determine all items necessary for given job. 2. Prepare necessary tools/attachments. 3. Select correct film for given job. 4. Perform job set up per given procedures. 5. Verify the first bag meets job specifications. 6. Make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal speeds. 7. Make roll changes when necessary. 8. Monitor machine speed to meet requirements. 9. Wear the proper safety equipment.

Responsible for:

1. Optimizing product quality. 2. Equipment care. 3. Maintaining productivity. 4. Troubleshoot any quality issues. 5. Troubleshoot al production equipment. This person will have the authority to stop a job if quality is not as per productor client specification. Pay will be discussed and based on experience. About
