Operator (Salt Operator) Waynesville, NC 28786 $21.25/hr Dupont Schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM rotating) We're hiring a dependable Operator to join our team in Waynesville! This role is hands-on and keeps you moving—perfect for someone who likes staying busy and being part of a production team. You'll be responsible for handling finished product, preparing supersacks, and supporting overall operations to keep production running smoothly and safely.

What You'll Do:

Set up supersacks, attach to hopper, and monitor filling process Tie supersacks for current, upcoming, and weekend shifts Label, remove, and transport filled sacks using a forklift Prepare and stage materials for production Enter production data into the system for tracking Operate automatic and manual wrapping equipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist other operators and provide coverage when needed Support additional tasks like filter press washing

What You'll Need:
