We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators for a 2nd shift opportunity in Wilmington, NC. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and quality Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Apply?
