12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule) 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Overview:

We're hiring an experienced Machine Operator with a background in plastic molding. This role is responsible for setting up and operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and adjust molding equipment Monitor production and perform quality checks Troubleshoot minor machine issues (hydraulic/electrical basics) Maintain clean work areas and GMP standards Document processes and track production data Assist with equipment setup (mold heaters, production lines, etc.) Train and support other operators as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of plastic molding experience required Experience troubleshooting machines preferred Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems Strong attention to detail and quality Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) What to
