Load materials into molds, remove excess material, and safely remove completed products. Inspect finished products for defects, surface flaws, and quality concerns. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and handling large molded components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial machinery or heavy equipment is required. Transferable machine operation experience will be considered. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on manufacturing work. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Basic math skills, including reading a ruler and taking accurate measurements.
