The Conditioning Operators work closely with the Conditioning Supervisor and Plant Operations Manager to ensure that all conditioning runs meet customer quality requirements, while also attempting to maximize the total number of units bagged from each run. 6am-4:30pm Monday

Job Pay:

$20/hour +

DOE Responsibilities:

• Run machinery with a high focus on maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime
• Perform and accurately record all required safety and quality checks
• Thoroughly cleaning equipment between product runs to ensure complete purity and prevent cross-contamination
• Support the broader team by assisting with various duties as needed Working hours: 6:00 AM

Qualifications:

• 1 plus years of warehouse experience with knowledge on operation of seed treating equipment preferred
• Knowledgeable on Personal Protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Able to Lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time ...
• Must be able to operate machinery
• Must be able to read/write in English
• Basic computer skills
