Responsibilities

• Perform SCF operations to ensure consistent product quality and optimal production output
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery, identifying issues before they impact workflow
• Conduct visual product inspections and process tests; accurately record inspection data
• Package finished goods and manage raw material movement within the facility
• Clean, sanitize, and organize machines and immediate work areas
• Respond to and reset alarms; carry out preventative maintenance as scheduled
• Stock supplies and uphold a safe, cleanroom-compliant environment
• Collaborate closely with team members for effective communication and productivity
• Support continuous process improvement and other duties as required
• Complete repro tasks as assigned, focusing on efficiency and quality Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English or Spanish
• Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance
• Skilled in machine operation, inspection, and basic troubleshooting
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe shoes Preferred Skills
• Experience working in a cleanroom setting
• Familiarity with BD quality systems and safety regulations
