Performs general machine operation, including set- up equipment, processing parts, and final part inspection on various assigned equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Carries out responsibilities with safety and efficiency as a priority. Prioritizes the well-being of colleagues and actively contributes to the safety program by collaborating, sharing ideas, and voicing concerns. Adheres to training guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Proactively identifies and addresses potential hazards. Inspects product for dust, oil, rust and other residue prior to painting. Maintain compliance to all quality control procedures and standards. Perform routine maintenance of assigned machines. Comfortably and safely lift up to 70 pounds. Operates forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment to safely and efficiently transport materials as required. Capable of working independently or as a team with minimum supervision

1st Shift - 6:00am - 4:30pm

Education:

High School Diploma, or GED, required.
