- Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.
- What you will do:
Introductory Level:
- Primary focus is learning the process
- + Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals + Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace + Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement + Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible + Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems + Follows rules of conduct at all times + Ability to learn, understand and adhere to standard work + Understands the importance of safety, quality, delivery and cost + Responsive to internal and external customer needs •Essential Functions•+ Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance: Press brakes, •CNC punches, and •laser machines.

Education:
- High school diploma or GED Blueprint Reading Precision Tools and Measuring
Certifications:
- + Forklift, if applicable
Quality Metric:
- + Scrap Dollars + Rejected and/or reworked parts Minimum Qualifications Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department. Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department. Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better. Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance
