• Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.
• What you will do:

• Introductory Level:

• Primary focus is learning the process

• if applicable) + Demonstrate ability to make proper adjustments on related machinery and/or equipment with assistance.

+ Demonstrate ability to produce quality parts within acceptable scrap rate. + Able to identify and troubleshoot problems with parts being produced with assistance, while meeting the productivity requirements for the department. + Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs).

• High school diploma or GED Blueprint Reading Precision Tools and Measuring

• Certifications:

• + Forklift, if applicable

• + Scrap Dollars + Rejected and/or reworked parts Minimum Qualifications Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department. Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department. Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better. Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance
