Assembly Trainee

Performs various production related duties as directed by supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs various assigned duties in production operations which may include basic assembly, material transport, paint, or machine operation as directed. Utilizes hand and power tools to assemble, wire, and install components and assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Responsible for inventory control of component parts and assemblies. Assures proper care of equipment is maintained and reports any concerns to supervision. Uses hoists, cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to move materials as needed.
