$20.00 Job Description Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment? Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Assembly Worker to join a valued client s manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following instructions, and taking pride in producing quality products. As an Assembly Worker, you ll be responsible for assembling components, inspecting finished products, and ensuring all items meet quality standards. If you re reliable, motivated, and ready to be part of a great team, we want to hear from you!

Assembly Worker Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to established instructions and specifications Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks Ensure products meet quality and production standards Follow work instructions and assembly procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production goals and deadlines Work closely with team members and supervisors Identify and report product defects or assembly issues Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Assembly Worker Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work procedures Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
