Job Summary The Machine Operator I performs standardized operations, recognizes defective materials and machine malfunctions, and observes continuous operation of machines to ensure that products meet specifications. Essential Functions Operating of one or more production machine such as a grinder, mill, drill press, lathe, etc. Read work orders, work instructions, or formulas. Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring instruments. Maintain Kurt Manufacturing's quality standards.
