In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC laser equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring efficient production of high-quality parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working with advanced machinery and maintaining high production standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC laser machines for metal fabrication production Retrieve programs and configure proper gases, nozzles, lenses, and machine settings Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on laser equipment Inspect finished parts using blueprints and precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards Complete production documentation accurately and support additional manufacturing duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience operating CNC laser equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read blueprints and use direct-read precision measuring devices Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment and obtain forklift certification
