Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 1st Shift Small Town Staffing is partnering with a growing local label manufacturing company to hire a Machine Operator for their production team. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, organized facility with long-term potential.

Position Overview:

The Machine Operator will operate a Rotoflex finishing rewind machine while following quality control specifications to ensure all finished products meet customer standards. This role involves converting large printed rolls into smaller finished rolls and preparing orders for final inspection.

Responsibilities:

Operate finishing and rewind machinery according to job specifications Perform production, inspection, and packaging duties Monitor equipment and printed materials to ensure quality standards are met Rewind large press rolls into smaller rolls per customer requirements Prepare completed orders for final QC inspection Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with additional production duties as needed Follow all company safety rules and procedures

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and quality focus Good math skills, including ability to read a ruler Must be able to pass a basic math aptitude test Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Stable work history Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
