Overnight Preform Operator Amherst, NH Are you ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Preform Operator for the 3rd shift to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of injection molding machines and maintaining high-quality production standards. Responsibilities of the OvernightPreform Operator Operate injection molding machines to produce products according to specifications. Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Maintain product inventory in the production area and ensure timely production. Collaborate with the production team to optimize production schedules and processes. Communicate effectively with the lead technician regarding required tasks and any issues. Record production and scrap information accurately on P-Charts. Requirements of the Overnight Preform Operator Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch or using other measuring instruments. Experience operating injection molding machines, preferably 1st or 2nd generation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally with assistance from a team member. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and division, to meet key performance indicators. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
