This position is a good fit for someone looking to get into a solid shop environment, build experience, and grow into a larger role over time.

What You'll Do:

Operate CNC mills and/or lathes Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Deburr and finish parts to spec Assist with setups and job changeovers Follow work instructions and quality procedures Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

Some CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates with the right attitude will be considered) Ability to read basic prints is a plus Comfortable using measuring tools or willing to learn Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to take direction Strong work ethic and willingness to grow

Pay and Schedule:

$18-$24/hour based on experience Part-time to start (flexible hours) Opportunity to move into full-time as we continue to grow
