Full-Time (Overtime available)About the Role Are you a detail-oriented machine operator looking for a stable, 4-day schedule? We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team! In this key role, you will set up, run, and maintain extrusion production lines, ensuring high-quality output and peak machine efficiency.

What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion machinery, water chillers, laser mics, and cutter-pullers. Perform tooling changeovers and make fine adjustments to keep machines running within spec. Conduct quality inspections and dimensional checks against product routing guidelines. Load raw materials, complete basic machine maintenance, and safely operate a pallet jack. Guide line packers and work with shift supervisors to hit daily production goals.

What We're Looking For Experience:

1-3 years of extrusion or production machine operation experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills:

strong mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / ERP systems).

Ability:
