Job description: The Flex Operator performs a variety of production tasks to include bonding and assembly of high-quality products, filling, packing, and inspecting in a fast-paced production environment and meeting production quotas. This is a key production role, and the successful candidate must become skilled at set-up, filling, operating, and maintaining production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The Flex Operator is responsible for ensuring machines produce high quality products, run smoothly, at capacity and are properly maintained. This position adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion. The Flex Operator must be flexible, must adapt to various tasks quickly and may work independently or as part of a team, under the direction of a lead person. The Flex Operator reports directly to the shift supervisor.
