Job Description

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. As part of our production team, a Machine Attendant is responsible for overseeing a cell of high-volume automated machines in the areas of coating, quality, or packaging. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process.
Responsibilities:
Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a keen focus on machine quality and performance Foster a collaborative work environment with all team members and support staff through both written and verbal communication. Document machine and attainment performance daily. Conduct quality inspection finish product. Engage in continuous improvement activities that align with Lean manufacturing principles. Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas. Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
