The Process Operator III will assemble aluminum piece parts into full assemblies according to blueprint drawings and specifications. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility. Experience in mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Highly detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and repeatability. Ability to perform visual inspections and verify conformance to assembly standards. Comfortable following documentation procedures and work instructions. Understanding of shop safety practices and proper tool handling. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams.

- Verify part alignment, fit, and orientation prior to sending assemblies to dip brazing.
- Use basic hand tools and measurement devices to ensure precision and quality.

- Communicate effectively with team members, inspectors, and lead personnel.
- Adhere to all safety requirements, PPE guidelines, and shop policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Perform assigned tasks reliably on Weekend Shift.
