Machine Operator:

Receives production order and job assignment from department manager. Prepares machine set up to maintain optimum production rate, registration, and quality. Makes periodic machine adjustments as needed. Assures that production specifications and quality assurance directives are effectively implemented. Responsible for quality of final output. Maintains continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout run, collecting production run samples as required. Maintains accurate count of output and packs final goods based on customer specifications. Qualifications of the

Machine Operator:

Ability to read, comprehend and apply written instruction. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be familiar with requirements of OSHA Hearing Conservation Program. Able to wear hearing protection for an eight-hour period if required. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 30 lbs.
