This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, producing quality products, and being part of a reliable, team‑oriented environment.

1st Shift, 6:00AM-2:30PM, Mon-Fri | 2nd Shift, 2:30PM-1:00AM, Mon-Thurs, Friday OFF!

Pay:

$20-$28/hr DOE Responsibilities Set up and operate roll‑forming and related machinery Perform tooling changeovers and maintain setup charts Adjust equipment to meet dimensional and quality standards Complete routine maintenance and record service performed Assist in training team members on basic machine operations Use band saws, drills, grinders, gauges, and material‑handling tools Tag coils accurately for inventory tracking Inspect finished goods for quality, width, and length Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Able to stand, walk, and pivot throughout the shift Comfortable working on concrete floors and in varying temperatures Prior manufacturing experience preferred Pre‑employment physical required Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program If you have hands‑on manufacturing experience and want to grow your skills with a company that values quality and consistency, we'd love to connect with you.
