Job Description
Machine Operator - All Shifts Put your skills to work in a solid growth industry with this Machine Operator role! You'll join the team at a small, successful company in Hudson, NH. This full-time opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented team player with experience in plastic injection molding or a similar industry. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator - All Shifts Operate injection molding machines Run complex jobs requiring auxiliary equipment and hand loads Set up workstations for new jobs, including leveling and setting up scales Assist with inspection and assembly tasks Identify and report quality issues Weigh, count, and package finished goods for shipping Complete documentation Support 5S practices and conduct 5S audits Help train other machine operators Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications of the Machine Operator - All Shifts High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of machine operator experience in the plastic injecting molding or related industry; clean room experience is a plus Understanding of plastic molded part defects Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently Openings are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
