Machine Operator II A small, successful Hudson, NH company is now hiring for their Machine Operator II role on all shifts. This full-time opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented team player with experience in plastic injection molding or a similar industry. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator II Operate injection molding machines Run complex jobs requiring auxiliary equipment and hand loads Set up workstations for new jobs, including leveling and setting up scales Assist with inspection and assembly tasks Identify, report, and alert leads/supervisors to quality issues Weigh, count, and package finished goods for shipping Complete paperwork Support 5S practices and conduct 5S audits Help train other machine operators Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications of the Machine Operator II High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of machine operator experience in the plastic injecting molding or related industry; clean room experience is a plus Understanding of plastic molded part defects Ability to use measuring tools and small hand tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and adjust priorities quickly Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently We look forward to hearing from you about this Machine Operator II position!
