We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our production facility in Laconia, NH as Manufacturing Operators. You will be responsible for managing industrial heat-treating machinery to ensure materials meet exact client requirements. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, prioritize safety, and thrive in a dynamic production setting. Core Responsibilities Operate, oversee, and regulate heat-treatment machinery to ensure production efficiency. Manage the loading and unloading of materials, baskets, bins, and furnace fixtures. Adhere strictly to shop travelers, customer requirements, and standard operating procedures. Ensure high-quality output by inspecting products and reporting any mechanical or production issues to management. Contribute to overall team success by assisting with various production tasks as required. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for the entire team. Ensure customer materials are handled with care to prevent any potential damage or loss. Uphold all safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and internal company procedures. Candidate Qualifications High school diploma or GED is preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Demonstrate a strong focus on detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards. Maintain consistent attendance and follow all provided directions. Flexibility to work alternate shifts, weekends, or overtime as business needs dictate. Capacity to secure and retain a valid forklift certification. Physical Demands Capacity to remain standing for long durations within a factory setting. Regularly perform bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and pulling motions. Ability to lift weights of up to 35 pounds. Ability to work comfortably in environments involving noise, heat, humidity, and heavy machinery. Ability to effectively communicate and follow written and verbal instructions. Compliance Requirement In accordance with ITAR mandates, all candidates must be U.S. Citizens or hold a valid Permanent Resident Card.
