Now Hiring Manufacturing Operators - Laconia, NH Looking for a stable career with hands-on work, opportunities to learn specialized skills, and the chance to be part of a team that plays a critical role in manufacturing quality products? Malone Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Operators in Laconia, NH . Shifts will include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and a Weekend shift. Starting pay is $21/hour and up, depending on experience. In this role, you'll work with industrial heat-treating equipment, helping process materials to precise customer specifications. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist in the operation, monitoring, and control of heat-treating equipment Load and unload furnaces, fixtures, baskets, bins, and materials for processing Follow work instructions, shop travelers, and customer specifications Inspect work and communicate any equipment or production concerns to leadership Support team members and production operations as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Handle customer materials with care to prevent damage or loss Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when needed Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods in an industrial environment Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and lifting Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Comfortable working around heat, noise, humidity, and industrial equipment Ability to effectively communicate and follow written and verbal instructions.
