Molder If you have manufacturing machinery experience, then consider this 2nd shift Molder opportunity! You'll operate various molding machines at our client's Laconia, NH facility. Responsibilities of the Molder Manufacture products on compression molding and transfer molding machines Monitor machine operation and inspect work for quality Ensure availability of raw materials Keep records Follow all health and safety requirements Keep work area, equipment, and machinery clean and in order Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Molder High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial Experience operating manufacturing machinery Basic math skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation and follow written work instructions This Molder position will train on first shift before switching to typical hours of Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm-2:00am.
