Friday Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Winding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating both winding and packing machines to ensure the production of high-quality thread in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of winding and packing machinery Conduct regular quality checks throughout the shift to maintain high standards Maintain cleanliness of machines by following routine cleaning schedules Perform general tasks as assigned, such as loading/unloading trucks, pulling or restocking inventory

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or service environment Ability to operate simple machinery with accuracy and attention to detail Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to package and sort finished goods Physically capable of lifting up to 25lbs Join us and become part of a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
