Responsibilities of the CNC Machining Technician- Help set up and operate CNC machining centers
- Perform operations such as edging, beveling, diameter generation, and profiling on glass, ceramic, and crystalline substrates
- Perform basic in-process dimensional inspection
- Learn and follow SOPs, basic machining drawings, blueprints, and job travelers
- Maintain tools, machines, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality requirements
- Keep accurate records

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle delicate parts carefully
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic shop math skills
- Experience operating any CNC machining centers (HAAS, Mori Seiki, or similar) or machining non-metallic materials. .
- Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, indicators, or other precision inspection tools a plus
- Exposure to machining drawings, blueprints, or travelers preferred
- Familiarity with computers, CNC controllers, and basic data entry.
