  • Help set up and operate CNC machining centers
  • Perform operations such as edging, beveling, diameter generation, and profiling on glass, ceramic, and crystalline substrates
  • Perform basic in-process dimensional inspection
  • Learn and follow SOPs, basic machining drawings, blueprints, and job travelers
  • Maintain tools, machines, and work areas in accordance with safety and quality requirements
  • Keep accurate records

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to handle delicate parts carefully
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Basic shop math skills
  • Experience operating any CNC machining centers (HAAS, Mori Seiki, or similar) or machining non-metallic materials. .
  • Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, indicators, or other precision inspection tools a plus
  • Exposure to machining drawings, blueprints, or travelers preferred
  • Familiarity with computers, CNC controllers, and basic data entry.
The CNC Machining Technician works Monday through Friday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm.
