This role focuses on producing precision components by following engineering documentation, setting up equipment, and ensuring all finished parts meet required specifications. Primary Responsibilities Set up and prepare HAAS VF2 and VF3 vertical machining equipment for production work Review blueprints, CAD models, and job instructions to determine setup and processing requirements Load, verify, and make necessary adjustments to machine programs as needed Install tooling, fixtures, and materials required for each production run Operate automated machining equipment while monitoring part quality and process performance Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Make adjustments to settings and offsets to maintain accuracy and consistency Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs Record production data and maintain quality documentation Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
