In this role, you will set up, monitor, and maintain high-precision manufacturing equipment to ensure our operations run efficiently, safely, and at peak quality. High SchoolResponsibilities Equipment Setup & Operation:
Calibrate, load raw materials, and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures and safety standards.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished parts for defects and dimension accuracy using standard measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
Routine Maintenance:
Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and routine servicing on assigned equipment to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting & Reporting:
Identify mechanical issues, clear minor jams, and report major faults or safety risks to maintenance and supervisors immediately.
