Nashua, NH Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
What You'll Do:
Operate CNC machines (no setup required) to produce precision components Follow work instructions and review specs to understand operational steps Load raw materials and unload finished parts Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools, thread gauges, and documentation procedures Conduct secondary operations like filing, sanding, and drilling as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Alert supervisors to any equipment or safety issues Cross-train to operate additional CNC machines with proper instruction Complete all necessary production paperwork Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED Up to 6 months of CNC or manufacturing experience Ability to read and understand blueprints Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out in manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work in a team-based setting.
