We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our client's busy production team in Nashua, NH . These temp-to-hire opportunities offer steady hours, hands-on work, and a supportive team environment. Monday-Friday 1st

Shift:

7:00am-3:30pm 2nd

Shift:

3:30pm-12:00am

Pay:

$18.00-$19.80/hour

Status:

Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities Inspect parts for cosmetic defects and obvious issues Perform basic visual and manual inspections (assembly/manufacturing inspection experience welcome) Remove excess material using basic hand tools Follow written work instructions accurately Wrap, pack, and prepare parts for shipping (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized work area Report safety concerns or damaged tools to supervision Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a team-focused attitude Willingness to learn packing processes Background check and drug test (THC excluded) Steel-toe shoes required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
