As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: Learning to safely operate precision manufacturing equipment through comprehensive paid training. Producing high-quality aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances. Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment. Following quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures while continuously developing your technical skills. As a Machine Operator, you will bring: High School Diploma or GED. Good basic maths and communication skills. Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability. Mechanical aptitude or an interest in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, construction, or other hands-on work. A willingness to learn and work flexible shifts following training.
