Job Description

Adecco is hiring a Machine Operator within the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services industry. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include reading work orders, adjusting machine settings, performing basic measurements, and completing routine equipment checks. You'll document production data, troubleshoot minor issues, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery per work instructions Read and interpret work orders, specs, and basic technical documentation Adjust machine settings and tooling to meet quality and output targets Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance Measure parts using basic inspection tools to verify specifications Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Participate in training and continuous improvement activities Required Skills Machine operation Equipment setup Basic mechanical troubleshooting Reading work orders and specs Quality inspection and measurement Use of calipers and gauges Preventive maintenance Production documentation Manufacturing safety procedures Basic computer/data entry
