Machine Operator - Grind Flat Our Wilton, NH client is seeking a Machine Operator for their first shift team. Good hand dexterity and attention to detail is required, as you'll be working with small, delicate materials under a microscope or magnifying glass. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator - Grind Flat Load pins into fixture Place sandpaper on nickel-plated discs and load fixture with pins into the grind flat machine Monitor machine operation while grinding and polishing pins Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications Work as part of a team to meet production goals Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Machine Operator - Grind Flat Previous machine operation experience (up to 2 years) is preferred Team player with good communication skills Visual acuity, hand dexterity, and attention to detail Dependable and reliable Ability to perform repetitive movements and stand for extended periods of time This Machine Operator position works full-time, first-shift hours with some flexibility.
