DIRECT HIRE

Machine Operators (Shift and Pay listed below) in Berlin, NJ. As a Machine Operator you will: Operate production and packaging equipment Monitor machine performance and production output Perform quality inspections on finished products Troubleshoot minor production issues Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. (Rotating DuPont Schedule - Days & Nights) 4 On / 3 Off, 3 On / 1 Off, 3 On / 3 Off, 4 On / 7 Off. Total of 14 working days in a month.

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work in an industrial environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Salary:

$20.51 per hour with pay progression up to $24.12/hr •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
